CARMEN LA SERNA

Carmen is licensed Zumba® instructor and member of the Zumba® Instructor Network (ZIN) since 2007.

She is licensed to teach Zumba® Fitness, Zumba® Gold, Zumba® Gold Toning,  ZumbaAtomic®, Zumba® Gold/Toning, Zumba® in the circuit and AquaZumba®. and Zumba® Sentao!!!

On March 2011 Carmen open her own Dance Studio in Poughkeepsie Spice Dance & Fitness and it is the FIRST STUDIO IN DUTCHESS COUNTY NY which the primary classes are Zumba®.

She has also created Zumba® Class with CL, as well Zumba® Classes with Carmen on 2008. She has been teaching in the greater New York area and throughout the Hudson Valley for the last five years.

Her community involvement has been organizing charity Zumba® events regularly and has raised thousands of dollars for organizations such as:

-Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation~2009-2010,
-American Cancer Society~2009,
-Move your Heart for Haiti-American Red Cross~2010,
-We are with Chile-American red Cross-2010, and many more.

TONI MICHELLE RUBIO

 

​Toni-Michelle Rubio has been an instructor in leading fitness and dance

companies for 20 years. She is a licensed Zumba® instructor since 2009.

​

Z-FuZIoN Fitness and Z in Club are two of the Fitness programs Toni currently manages.

She has been featured for her classes in a number of magazines and newspapers including The Journal News and twice in Westchester  Magazine. She is noted as the "Best of Westchester's" Aqua Zumba® instructors.

 

Her passion for working with others and community service has led her to develop art and dance programs for the City of White Plains and numerous libraries in Westchester, as well as performing and organizing many charity events for non-profit organizations in the area.

 

Toni is a featured stunt performer for the Metropolitan Opera of New York.
and is also the director of The Living Museum Company, which is an arts in education program servicing schools and communities since 2003.

TONI is the current Fitness Expert  for Genetech Pharmeciuticals-web magazine, RISE.
